We serve Austin, TX and direct surrounding areas only — Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Buda, Kyle, and similar neighborhoods. Not sure if you're in our area? Just reach out and we'll confirm.

What's included in the monthly rent?

Everything. Free delivery, professional setup, all parts, and any maintenance or repairs while you're a customer. You only pay extra if you ask for Saturday or Sunday delivery — that's a one-time $10 fee.

Question 3

Do you install gas dryers?

Accepted Answer

No — Washerent is electric only. Our units require a standard 120V/240V electric outlet and standard water hookups. We do not deliver or install gas dryers under any circumstances.

Can I rent just a washer or just a dryer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A single unit (washer OR dryer) is $50/month. The pair is $65/month — a big discount versus renting two units. Prepay 3 or more months upfront on either option and you save 15–25% on every prepaid month.

Question 5

How does the first payment work?

Accepted Answer

On installation day you pay a flat $45 install and delivery charge — that's it. Your first month's rent ($50 single, $65 pair) is charged on the 1st, and every month after that on the 1st as well. If you picked a prepaid plan, your discounted block is charged on the 1st instead of a single month. Saturday and Sunday installs add a one-time $10 delivery fee.

How does the prepay discount work?

Prepay 3 or more months and every prepaid month is discounted: 15% off at 3+ months, 20% off at 6+ months, and 25% off at a full year. That's as low as $37.50/month for a single unit or $48.75/month for the pair. Use the price calculator above to see your exact number — you can prepay at signup or any time during your rental.

Is there a minimum contract or cancellation fee?

No. It's month-to-month with no contract. Need to cancel because you're moving or buying your own units? Just let us know — we'll pick up the appliance and you're done.

What if something breaks?

Accepted Answer

Maintenance is included. If anything goes wrong with the unit, message us and we'll come fix it or swap it out — no charge.

Question 9

Do I need to do anything to prep?

Accepted Answer

Make sure you have a standard electric washer/dryer hookup — water supply lines, drain, and a 120V outlet (240V outlet for the dryer). Clear a path from the door to the laundry area and we'll handle the rest. Gas hookups are not supported.

How do I pay each month?

We accept all major cards and digital payment methods. Recurring billing happens automatically on the 1st of the month.
